Biography

Masood Imad is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in media, information technology, and airport management. From February 2012 to November 2013, he served as the Media Secretary for the President of the Maldives, where he played a pivotal role during a critical transition period in the government.

Prior to his tenure in the President's Office, Masood dedicated nearly twenty years as the Director of Information Technology at Maldives Airports Co. Ltd. During this time, he was instrumental in leading complex projects from conception to full operational status.

Masood holds a B.A. in Information Technology, focusing on business process and IT strategy, from Rochville University and has pursued post-graduate studies on school administration at the University of South Alabama. His educational background is further complemented by various extension studies.

Known for his goal-oriented approach, strong leadership capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, Masood Imad has a proven ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and superiors alike. His career reflects a commitment to organizational excellence and innovative problem-solving.
